DLC problems Sims4

Question

hey guys,&nbsp;Maybe you guys can help me out, EA hasn't been much help with my cases. So i prepayed a sims 4 DLC, since then I upgrated my PC for the best experience, cause lets be honest I don't even know how the other was capable of rolling my games. Anyhow, this add-on (The horse ranch)&nbsp; says that their was an issus with my prepayment, which I don't understand. I've send an email to Ea for help, got none except for the spec needed for the sims 4 which I have.&nbsp;Do any of you have experience such problem? or do you know what to do?I've tried everything ea suggested me earlier, clear cache done! reset sims done!&nbsp;Out of ideas.Thanks 🙂

@ajbouthill327&nbsp; What exactly are you seeing about an issue with your Horse Ranch order?&nbsp; If you want, feel free to post a screenshot.

I would also suggest trying again with EA customer support, except this time looking for a live chat option.&nbsp; If you don't see it, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

The alternative is to choose a "can't login"-related option and/or to continue without signing in, either of which should give you a live chat option.
