Hi there @puzzlezaddict! It's been a while but I saw BlueMystral's reply about getting it to download through steam and has success with that which is great but I'm still having an issue with Get to Work downloading. I had an Xbox Live membership at one point and linked my accounts after which I downloaded Get to Work. Now when I look at Get to Work it says I own it through EA play. Have you come across anything like this? I'm wondering if maybe the issue is that I had the base game and Get to Work through EA play somehow? But I'm not sure how to rectify this without rejoining xbox live/ea play and if it doesn't work then I'm out that money anyway. Just hoping to get your thought on this.
@sleepingbeauuuty The EA App can sometimes get confused about whether someone has the right to use Get to Work. It's like the lapsed entitlement from the subscription overrides the still-valid entitlement from purchasing the pack separately. It's not a problem that can be fixed on the user end.
What you can do here is contact EA customer support and ask that the EA Play version be removed from your account. I'd strongly suggest using the live chat option rather than email. Try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) in the browser window before clicking the link, and that your location in the lower-right corner is set to U.S. or U.K.
If you don't get anywhere with support this time around, let me know.
