EA is not acknowledging my expansion pack

In the transition from the Origin to the EA platform I've managed to get the The Sims 4 base game that I had already bought acknowledged. However, when I tried to get the expansion pack Get Together (which I already had for a couple of years) acknowledged by the platform, it didn't work because in the EA App it said that I needed the base game (which I already had) and in the EA website it said that the code had already been used (which is not true, because it was only ever used by me in the Origin platform and now. I didn't even change my computer). I don't know what else to do but don't think it's fair to have to buy the same expansion pack again when I already have it. Please help!!!

  • You don't need to buy the pack again, and you can't register a code a second time: it'll already read as used even on the same account that owns it.  Instead, it should already be in the game library of the account that originally registered it.

However, it sounds like you may have created a second account rather than signing into your existing one.  The fact that you had to add back the base game makes that pretty clear.  So please try signing into the EA App with any other email address you have—you can click "Forgot your password" to reset it if you don't know what password you've have used—and see if you can find that old account.
