Enabling Error

My mods, cc, and scripts will not enable no matter what I do. I have tried; uninstalling and reinstalling EA, uninstalling and reinstalling Sims 4, removing my Mods folder, and put my folders into the game little by little. 

I'm really frustrated because absolutely nothing is working, I've been working on a household and a build for about 4 weeks now--and then this update comes in and I can't even use any of my things? I've heard even base game is messed up too. If anyone knows a way to fix this, PLEASE let me know on here or my discord which is; bitrxn. 

Also, before the update I had a corrupted sim--which would not let the household load whenever I tried to go in it. I would like help with that as well.

EA, please fix this quickly : (
