Enchanted by Nature Crash!

wonyoungie1138​  Your dxdiag shows that the graphics driver has been crashing.  Since yours is from 2024, it may help to simply update.  But given the more serious nature of some of these errors, I would suggest doing a clean uninstall of the current driver before installing the new one.  Here's how:

Rather than using the very newest driver, try the one from January 27:

The next driver after this was a major update, and while it might be fine, I've been seeing more crashing than usual lately and mostly on the current driver or one version back.  And it's easy to update to a new driver, while going backwards would require using DDU again.

If this doesn't help with the Enchanted by Nature crashing, please let me know whether there's any pattern to the crashes.  For example, do they only happen on one or two lots that come with the world, or only when you're playing a fairy, or only with a fairy who has tattoos or other skin details?

So... I installed a new driver, but it's still crashing. I did everything like in guide, but it still crashed. I haven't played on other lots, my sim lives on Greenwood Hamlet Residence, it doesn't seem to be an issue with this lot. Also my sim isn't a fairy, she had a tattoo "dirt" on her feet, but she isn't a fairy. I don't know what to do... I'm hopeless.

wonyoungie1138​  Sorry for the late reply; I've been away from the forums for a while.  If you still need help, please try playing in a different world just to see whether the problem is the lot or neighborhood.  When EbN was first released, there were issues with various lots in two of the neighborhoods, and although the pond and tree lots were the worst offenders, it's possible that others were affected too.

okay so... i played in everdew for 3 sim days and my game didn't crash, so i was curious and i went back to sprucederry grove (where my game was crashing) and it crashed. so maybe there's something wrong with this neighbourhood, or maybe i was lucky in everdew. 

wonyoungie1138​  There was something wrong with both neighborhoods back when EbN was first released, but not all the time and not necessarily with every lot.  The pond and tree lots were the worst offenders, but that didn't cover everyone; and there were some issues with fairies and custom skin details, but that was said to be fixed a while ago.  Still, you've found an obvious trigger for the crashes.

It's also possible that this is a newer in-game issue that you're only triggering in specific scenarios.  Did you try your old save, or did you test Sprucederry Grove in a new save?  Did you test the same lot and/or perform the same actions?
