Enchanted by Nature No Download

I preordered Enchanted by Nature and it has not downloaded. It's been a WHOLE day!!! What can I do?

    Hondros22481​  Do you see the option to download the pack in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons?  If so, click the Download button.  If it shows as already installed, or it doesn't show at all, let me know.

    emmaslove19​  Please let me know what you see under Manage add-ons as well.

    That Worked!!! It's downloading now! THANK YOU puzzlezaddict​!!!!

    emmaslove19​ It listed all the packs I've added and there was Enchanted by Nature at the top of the list with the word "download" highlighted in blue!
