Hi! So I just bought The Sims 4 on origin(WIN10). I'm trying to play it but this error 135dec40:3fbbecd0:00000064:00000000 is not letting me. I already added game to the Controlled Folder Access, and tried with the Language Strings, also i tried with the "repair game" thing, all of my drivers are up to date  yet it still isnt working. im so dissapointed... can someone help me?

    Are you only using defender or any other security software as well ? Have you tried if it works if you turn controlled folder access off completely (for testing ?)

    @sclina Merged your thread. Are you using anything else but defender ?

        @sclina could you try starting origin as administrator and then start sims 4 from there ?

        What language are you playing the game in ?

    Hi!

    I just bought The Sims 4 on Origin (on PC) but when I downloaded the game and tried running it I got this error code: 135dec40:3fbbecd0:00000064:00000000. I tried to find solutions on google but I tried just about everything. I reinstalled the game and origin, checked if it's not getting blocked through firewall or if it's on the same drive.

    I also tried to start the game as an admin and nothing works. I highly doubt it's a computer issue such as not meeting the minimum requirements because my much older (and not gaming) laptop did not have this problem.

    I'd appreciate if anyone could help me with this.
