I have redeemed a code on EA for a sims extensions pack and it has just disappeared . it froze on downloading and I had to shut it down. I cant find the extension pack now and it wont let me redeem it again. It's not on my library or when I go to manage my add-ons.

Hi I am also having a similar problem where my extension pack just disappeared and I cant find it to download it. I have cleared my cache and tried searching on the file explorer but nothing is coming up, help ☹️

Please also go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and see whether the purchase of this pack is listed as Completed, Pending, or Failed. Look for any sign of a refund, full or partial, as well.
It was seasons pack. Its not on my order history either , even previous games. I redeem the code fine and it accepted it but then it just froze loading the download. I left it be for an hour but it was frozen , so now it's just gone
