event with reaper is broken

Question

Hi my game is i think broken, till the update i haven't problems with game, after the new update with event with reaper my game is not gaming at all, when i want to bulid something okey, i can but after i quit the bulding mode, it dosnt show my sim, needs and goals you know what i mean this belt with all of it, and then i cant play until i turn off and turn on the game again, i was trying to repairing with app but nothing works, please help &lt;3

Monteee312&nbsp; Please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.&nbsp; You don't need to save your progress.
Additionally, if the lot in question uses the Off the Grid challenge, please remove it, which you can do in Build mode.
If that doesn't help, please try a different household within the same save, then a new save, still with no mods or cc, for comparison's sake.&nbsp; Let me know how it goes.
