Every time i enter it creates a new Electronic Arts Folder and restarts my game

well baisicly every time i enter the sims 4 it creates a new Electronic Arts Folder and starts my game from scratch and i dont know what to do i have removed all my mods and cc

  • The gallery should not be related to any settings on your computer. Do you mean your local library ?

Do you have admin rights on your PC ? Can you try if the same happens if you start Origin as administrator.

Also after playing a game, go to this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\ and check if you have save games and all, then make a copy of the folder to somewhere else (like your desktop) and then start a new game to see if the folder is reset again.

  • No sure what you mean. You restart the game and everything is reset to factory setting ? Savegames, mods folder, options ? Or is it just the save games ?

Did you search if you have multiple user folders on your computer ?

Well baisicly each time I enter the Sims 4 restarts as a new game, so i can't see my saves everything in my gallery is deleted and when i open it, it shows everything from the limited edition. But when i close that it creates a new Electronic Arts file folder which holds the other folders eg. Mods . So it creates a brand new game with no mods. I have used 2 accounts on my PC.
