Expansion Packs Not Downloading

I just got my new PC, I installed EA and downloaded the Sims but it is not downloading any of the packs I own. When I check to try and see if they can be downloaded it says I have to repurchase them. I have quite a bit of packs and kits so any help on how I can get these back please let me know!
