Expansion packs not working red
My sims 4 expansion packs aren’t working in my game. Everything from my packs are showing up red and white with question marks for the CAS. Then in the game mode anything pertaining to an expansion pack is showing up purple, green, red with question marks and some have x marks on them. Mind you I have no custom content or mods in my game. I am really bummed out I put a lot of money into my sims for it not to be working. Yes, I have repaired it a whole bunch of times over and over and that still doesn’t work. The packs are installed or else it wouldn’t be showing up at all. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game a few times. I can’t even go to the different worlds. Is anyone else having this problem? Can anyone help to fix the problem?
@Royal_Emerald02 Please do a clean uninstall of both Sims 4 and the EA App, as described here:
Reinstall the EA App and download the base game only, then see whether there are any issues. If not, install your packs and check each one's content separately: filter CAS or Build/Buy for the specific pack and see how its items look. Please list the packs that work and any that don't.
