expansion packs uninstalled and will not reinstall

Hello, I logged on today to play and all my expansion packs (55) had been uninstalled. No idea why or how but, whatever. So, I uninstalled the entire game and reinstalled it. No luck. In the EA app when I click on the "manage add ons" it doesn't give me the option to uninstall or repair like it used too. So, no way to re-install all of the add ons. The EA app told me to manage add ons through steam. So I logged on to steam and same issue. No expansion packs, no way to go through and uninstall/reinstall them. What is going on and how do I fix it? hhhheeellllppppp
