Hello! I’ve been playing Sims for a little while and recently whenever my computer would update, my sim families would delete/disappear and the game would act as if i’ve never played. It’s kind of frustrating considering this has happened a couple times before. I just want my sims to come back and any help would be appreciated ☹️
(EDIT: I forgot to add that i’ve checked my onedrive and it doesn’t seem to be there either)

@wavvysims Could you search your hard drive for the term tray to see if it got moved somewhere else on your hard drive by accident ? It's one of the folder names that's pretty unique to sims so if you can find that anywhere else, you might also find your saves.
Also check your trash can.
Also try turning off one drive and see if the local folder is then created again and at least refrains from not saving anymore.
