@Pyeface_22 Did you try a folder rename or removed the mods folder ?
I've removed the mods and the folder. Then reinstalled the game and expansion packs without putting any mods in but that hasnt seemed to work.
I know you said it happens on all saves but would you be willing to share your save with me ?
If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox,, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.
I too, am having a problem with no festival notifications. this started after I bought Batuu. I had added a restaurant in San Myshuno, so I played an older save. Same thing. I am fed up with this business that every update Breaks something. Now it's both seashells and treasures, and festivals. My computer is new and a gaming computer. This should not be happening. With the Sims 3, it was the adventure board, They broke it after the Late Night update and never bothered to fix it. By the way, Batuu was the most disappointing pack I ever bought.
I too have noticed that my festivals are not occurring, I have not had any notifications nor any information on the board in the apartment hallway. Now that it was mentioned it has been since to update for Batuu. Very frustrating indeed.
