Festivals not occurring
So I bought City Living and Tiny Living yesterday. After I'd installed them I never got a Welcome splash screen for City Living but the main problem I'm having is there are no festivals starting what...

I'm having this problem as well. I was getting festivals, then I added some DLC i got, Eco Living and Jungle Adventure, and then started playing again, (I had taken a break of a few weeks so there may have been some update in the background before the DLC that did this) the festivals just stopped occurring entirely, and If i go to an apartment and check the boards, i can leave notes but nothing about festivals is shown. I do have mods, but no new ones have been added since the last time festivals were working.
I just want the flea market to come back. :-/

one of my households owns a restaurant, but it is located in Windenburg, so not anywhere the festivals occur.
They did start happening again when i switched families for a bit, but then winter hit, they stopped again, and it is now the middle of summer and they have not returned.
And as mentioned, I do have mods and CC, but disabling it doesn't seem to help, and they were working fine before with the same loadout of mods, and i haven't added any new ones.
