Festivals not occurring

So I bought City Living and Tiny Living yesterday. After I'd installed them I never got a Welcome splash screen for City Living but the main problem I'm having is there are no festivals starting what...

@Pyeface_22 I wish I had that problem. With the majority of the packs, I get notifications of festivals two or three times a day.
