NVIDIA released an update to GeForce Experience recently that should fix this issue. If anyone is still encountering it for Sims 4 after updating GeForce Experience, feel free to let us know.

@Wolffang1307 There was another thread on this game activation and it's a curious issue.
I was able to duplicate it that I can't actually start it through the experience. I have however no issues launching the game on the card (I don't have a chip though).
So, if you start the game through Origin, are you sure the game isn't using the card ? The config file says it's using the Nvidia card so as long as you don't use the Nvidia experience, you should be fine.
@crinrictYou might be right. The game runs fine when I go through origin and the game is running on ultra setting but it does lag a little during game play and build mode.
