@lynylestbelle Few more question to see if we can get to the bottom of why it's not working for you
As there are a few options to move
- Did you move through the phone ? Is this with one or multiple Sims or does that not matter ?
- Did you move to/from a house, dorm or apartment or does that also not matter ?
- Does it happen if you move a Sim into an existing other household or also if you just move to a different lot ?
- Did you check the house right after you moved out (there is a bug where houses become 'ghost' empty. Meaning it shows as you can't buy furnished but the furniture is actually still there) or played some and then wanted to move someone in ?
- Does it àlso not work if you use the household manager and use the Transfer between households button or move out through that screen ?
- If you split the household with the new option, does the family in the old one keep the furniture (there is no sell/keep option then but who knows)
- There has been another report of someone not being credited for the furniture. Does that happen to you too ?
- If you choose to keep the furniture, is it in your household inventory or also missing ?
Also, have you tried repairing the game through Origin yet ?
