1) I’ve moved through the phone and computer. It happens with moving multiple sims and also when moving a single sim
2) It doesn’t matter. It happens with all of those.
3) It happens when I move to a different lot, I’m not sure if it happens when I move into an existing household, unless it’s a university dorm. It happened when I moved from my old house to the dorms.
4) I did check when I moved out. I went back and the house was fully unfurnished, in both build and and live modes.
5) The bug does not happen when I move people through household manager. But it never used to happen to me even when I used the phone/computer.
6) Yes the family keeps the furniture.
7) I get money for the furniture.
8) It is in my household inventory and disappears from the old house.
9) Yes I have.

Thank you for all of the help! I do not know what I did but I managed to get it to work somehow... I’m just sad that the house I originally moved from is empty still and I have to redecorate.
I have the same problem. I spent 6 hours building a house and all of it just disappeared! ☹️
