Gallary keeps crashing my sims

Mllepajl​  Sorry for the late reply.  Please check your antivirus for any recent actions involving Sims 4 or the EA App.  If you find one, whitelist whatever you see there.

If that doesn't help, are you able to test with a different internet connection?  For example, if your computer has wifi, you could set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home network.  The idea is to find out whether the problem is your connection or something else.
