Marianka999 Crin asked me to take a look at your dxdiag, and I see two issues that should be addressed. First, your laptop's Nvidia graphics driver is from 2022, so please update it. You can use the newest release from Nvidia:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.
Second, please increase the size of your computer's page file, which is somewhat small and almost all used. Here's how (option three):

Set the minimum to 12288 and the maximum to 16384, and restart again.
