  • well the only thing i can tell you is the same that every sims sup agent will tell you

check if you machine support the minimum specs for the game
check if your drivers are up date
uninstall/backup all your mods or move to other folder
repair the installation of the game and fresh run the game

if at this point the game still crash delete all files in %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 (you can write this in search bar of windows and will go to your sims folder in English) try run the game again

if at any point you game run again congrats if not you will need a technician because it could be your PC

OK I will try all of this I appreciate you responding <3

  • Liyahcole  You don't need to delete the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts.  This folder holds your saves and other user data, so you might not want to lose it.  Instead, you can simply move or rename the folder.  If that works, the problem is something in that folder.

If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
