Game crashing with new update and Paranormal added today.

Hey 👋, I updated my game to add Paranormal but since then every time I go into a lot or try and the haunted house that comes with it, my game crashes time and again. I can load the titles, choose the world.
It’s editing lots with the new stuff or trying to place the new haunted house. I get the general Windows error message Sims 4 stopped working.

I was really looking forward to playing with Bonehilda and the new furniture is amazing.

I should learn by now it’s getting stuff to play, is a real pain.
Is there anyone else suffering this?

    Are you using CC or Mods? Some of them broke with the patch, you can see a list here:

    I haven’t used mods for The Sims 4, which is odd for me as Sims 3 has so many!

    I hope they fix things soon. I love my current save files and was hoping to mix Paranormal in as I got Spooky Stuff at Xmas.
    I haven’t tried starting a new game. I will try that and see if that works but hopefully they will fix things soon.
