Game don't open / open lag and shut down

so, maybe i can help you. i fixed my game right now!
It sounds so silly but it works!
The Folder of your game, you have to rewriten the name
C:\Users\<dein Benutzername>\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
like --- The sims backup
after that it worked again...
After my replie, i rethink about ur comment.. What u wanted to say is that u rename ur folder so when u start the game it creat a fresh new one ? If is it I already try it, but thank again for trying to help me :)
