Game keeps closing and I lose progress

Hi all,  My Sims 4 game keeps closing unexpectedly, no warnings and then all progress is lost. I have deleted the entire game, re-downloaded it, I still have 200GB free storage on my laptop, my grap...

c-larahill92​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
