game keeps crashing when I try to place item after crash when trying 1st person

Question

Earlier today I remembered that 1st person was a thing that you could do. So I looked up how to do it and did it for about 30 seconds before it crashed. Now whenever I open Sims I can play and all that jazz but now when I go into build mode and try and redo the room to how it was b4 the crash (Cause I had just finished adding stuff and it wasn't saved yet) it crashes the moment that i try to drag an object (a desk) out to place it. Do y'all think my file is corrupted? If so is there anyway to save it?

RissRissRoss2​&nbsp; Thanks for the dxidag, and yes I would have asked for one had you not provided it.&nbsp; The dxdiag makes the issue clear, or at least one of the issues: your graphics chip and driver are not fully compatible with Sims 4 in DirectX 9 mode.&nbsp; So please switch to DirectX 11 mode instead.&nbsp; Open the EA App, click Sims 4 &gt; Manage &gt; View properties, and add&nbsp;-dx11 to the command line box.
