My Sims 4 game has always ran perfectly until this last week. Now it crashes intermittently, and every time I zoom out too far. I've attached the dxdiag file incase this could help anyone identify the issue. I would appreciate any help!
Emma6870 Thanks for the dxidag, which makes the problem clear: your graphics chip and driver have issues running Sims 4 in DirectX 9 mode. Please try switching to DX11 mode instead. Open your EA App game library, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.
