GAME LICENSE INVALID

Hi! I have been trying to launch the Sims 4 for past couple of days but cannot because it is repeatedly shows - GAME LICENSE INVALID. I have tried multiple things and I will list it here , 

1. Cleared the cache on ea app and restarted the pc
2. Reinstalled both the ea app and the sims 4 multiple times
3. Updated the visual c++ redistribute 
4. Deleted the sims 4  folder from the document folder
5. Tried locating the licence folder in program data folder but couldn't locate [ hidden folder toggle was off]
6. I have followed step by step the article under the title cannot load games .
7. Stopped all of the background task from task manager. 
8. Repa ir both the ea app and the sims 4 .                                                                                          As mentioned above I have tried every possible thing I could find or was told to from the ea support but nothing is working. It is very frustrating to see that a game you spend money and time on just suddenly stops working. If anyone can help me please help cause I cannot find where the main issue is and nothing is working. I am attaching a screenshot of the error it is showing.
