Game missing from my library

Could you please confirm that you're signed in to the right account? It'd be worth trying a different login method and double-checking your credentials. Once you're logged in to the correct account, your library should populate with the content that's currently missing. 

You can verify whether you're on the right account or not by taking a look at your order history for past purchases.

yes I am logged into the correct account.  Sunday - Game in Library was able to play.  Monday-Game & all pack not there.  All my other games are the like Dragon Age are there.  Wednesday-game and all packs present.  Today (3/26) game and packs are missing again.

I have the same issue right now. I have all my packs installed and last time i opened it said i dont own any packs. Then also it says only "Manage" and "Download" on the base game and i cant click the download button. I cant open the game at all anymore. Already signed out and in + restarted PC and EA App

Turns out that I need to restart the EA app several times to get my sims game to show in the library

Hopefully it doesn't happen again, but if it does, it might be worth clearing the EA app's cache as well.

Thanks for the response. To make it easier, here is what I already tried:

- Restart EA App and PC
- Re-signed into the EA App in the right account
- Started the game (packs are still missing, like all of em)
- Cleared cache of the EA App
- Re-installed the base game + packs

I really wanna play rn so i hope u can help me :(

UPDATE:
I looked around the forum and also tried deleting the UserSetting file. Didnt work. Also there are none of my packs in the marketplace either so the game just doesnt realize i have packs
