Game progress is gone
All of my game progress is missing. It happened a few days ago when I wasn't able to open my game up at all, and went through all of mods and ccs trying to find what wasn't letting me open the game. ...
@din0pants It looks like you have a number of saves in the Recycle Bin. Please go looking there, including subfolders. You're looking for files labeled Slot_xxxxxxxx.save with or without a .verx on the end, with the Xs standing in for numbers and/or letters.
If and when you find the saves, they can go into the folder the game is reading, which looks to be this:
C:\Users\username\OneDrive\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves
There's already a Slot_00000002.save in that location, but it looks to be too small to be a proper save, so rename it or move it to the desktop before adding any of the saves you find.
