Game Randomly Freezes/Stops Responding but doesnt crash (PC)

So since the last update I've had a problem where the game will randomly freeze with seemingly no reason/common cause based on what I was doing in the game at the time and task manager shows that TS4...

Myself & my husband have had the same issues, I've run troubleshooting and can't seem to figure it out. I just placed my EA app in offline mode to see if this does anything. Nope instantly says it's paused but they keep moving and it's unresponsive.
