Game will not launch (permission issues ig) (Ts4_launcher not starting)

I've been at this for 2 days now. I just want to play someone please help. It first was saying permissions requied and game failed to launch. I done erased everything, Uninstall everything re-download the EA App and the game. Then its starting staying i was in the game, but never came up cleared, repaired, and restarted my PC. Now its back to the permission thing. I also have the blue and yellow shield on the EA App on the desktop. I done run administrators on the EA App, the sims 4 folder and launcher.

    Ireannawomble22​  Please remove all "run as administrator" settings on any executable (inside the app's program files) or desktop shortcut.  This setting shouldn't be necessary and can sometimes interfere with the game starting.

    Please also let me know whether you're using a standard Windows account or an admin one.  You can check under Windows Settings > Users & Groups.  If you're in a standard (not an admin) account, try an admin one for comparison's sake.
