Geek Squad?

Hello everyone,

Will someone let me know if Geek Squad at Best Buy is able to help me with my Sims game? 

This is a terrible experience and the Reaper is totally in control of this last update.  Trick or Treat pranks are not my thing. lol 

Although, the community has provide so many options.  However, this company has the assumption everyone playing Sims a techie person that knows what these codes and language are saying to us. 

This set-up is in poor taste.  I still am not able to get an EA employee to help because apparently they cannot help.  There is no chat option to open a case available in any of the articles I am selecting.

So, does anyone have a suggestion of where I can take my computer for some help, please?
