    Hi all,

    Please first verify that your Xbox Ultimate membership is currently active. If your membership is active, please try launching The Sims 4 through the Xbox PC app- once you've launched through Xbox PC, you should be able to play via EA app again.

    If you still have issues once you've tried this, please let me know!

When I downloaded sims for the first time I got Get To Work pack free because I also have an Xbox subscription, but when I started my game today, I fist of all had to download the sims again and it suddenly said that the pack was required and that I had to buy it again, even though it worked fine yesterday and I still have my subscription. I have tried repairing the game and restarting my computer, but nothing has worked. What do I do?

Please verify that your Xbox Ultimate subscription is still active, and that your gamertag is correctly linked with your EA account.

If everything looks good there, let's clear the cache for the EA app with the steps here.
