i downloaded sims from the gallery and then edited them to my liking and then resaved them to my library and then deleted the old orginial downloads but now they are not actually gone from my library they are still there with the grey winged llama icon and when i click on it it says it isnt there. i dont know how to remove them from my library since i deleted the original ones i downloaded.
@raelyndeloo Fount this is Carl's Sims 4 guiide:
1. Load the game and go to the library.
2. Click on a llama photo and note the date of the item.
3. Close out of the game.
4. Open File Explorer and go to your Electronic Arts\Sim 4 Folder
5. Open the Tray folder and sort by date.
6. Find the items with the same date as noted above.
7. Copy items to a temporary folder.
8. Launch Sims 4.
9. Llama items should be gone.
*If there are a lot of llama images, dates will need to be noted on each photo. It may be best to do this one at a time. To lessen the confusion.
i did that but now instead of grey llamas there are just red X on them hahah
