having issue with growing together and bathroom clutter

I have bought the growing together pack and the bathroom clutter kit over two months ago. I still can't play them. They are both saying restart to use. I have reached out  to EA and I have done every...

@Sweetheart8  Please expand the window sideways so I can see the locations of these folders.  For example:

Ok, I have clicked on it and it just goes to another file. How do I do that? lol

    @Sweetheart8  Please just run the search I described and post the results here.  I would like to help you, but I can't unless I know what's actually happening on your computer.
