I am on PC and i bought the horse ranch pack, it is fully installed and if i click on it on the gallery it says that I own the pack but nothing is showing up in game from the pack

@gm28m Thanks for the screenshot, which shows that the pack has been installed into the CAS Demo folder. That's why it's not loading in-game. Please see the first post of this thread:

I don’t have any of those folders, i have run the search for them on this pc, and they both say the sims 4 so they aren’t in the demo it’s just the EP14 ones
It’s fully installed in my library but absolutely nothing in game or cas
