@LoveisLove767 I don't know about your Saves or Tray folders, but your Mods folder isn't in the correct place. Above the list of mods in your screenshot, you can see that they're all in a Sims 4 folder located on your desktop, as in, the full path to the mods is This PC > Desktop > The Sims 4 > Mods. The files you want to use in game need to be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. Open those folders in succession, then copy the files from the desktop Sims 4 folder to the corresponding folders in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4.
hopefully this helps a bit!

@LoveisLove767 Yes, it's the same issue with your saves as with your mods: they're in the Sims 4 folder on your desktop, not in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves where they need to be. Just move everything to the correct folder, and it should show up again. You may want to move the mods and custom content first, in batches, so you can see whether they show up in-game before trying to play your saves again.

Thanks! I did just that! However, there's one last issue.....after I did so, the game won't boot up. Origin will say it's running but nothing appears. Then again, I had to leave the house and shut of the computer, so maybe it was slow?....

@LoveisLove767 I noticed in your earlier screenshots that you had copies of many (all?) of your subfolders in Mods. Did you transfer the copies over too, or just the originals? If the copies are in your Mods folder now, delete them; they'll be the ones labeled [something] - copy.
If that doesn't help, get rid of the Sims 4 folder currently on your desktop, move the Sims 4 folder now in Documents\Electronic Arts to your desktop, and launch the game to create another clean folder. Move your mods to the clean folder in batches, testing each time to make sure the game still loads and that the mods all appear as well. Any batch that causes the game to freeze or hang needs to be split and tested again until you've found the problem file(s).
Once your mods are confirmed as working, you can move over the contents of Tray, then test, then move Saves, and test again.
