How to get back moodlets

I accidentally clicked for my sim not to be angry anymore and now she doesn’t have any moodlets at all. I tried to exit without saving to see if they would come back if I didn’t save and there still not back I don’t know what to do. It says she’s flirty or happy but she doesn’t have the Moodlet and or buff that comes with it. I don’t know what to do anymore. I literally only have two mods in my game and I tried to use mcc and ui cheats to fix it but nothing works please.
