How to restart sims4 when i want to play with my new pack

i have a problem with the new ea app i think. i downloaded city living pack and it shows it is downloaded but when i go into sims to play it says i need to restart to fully install the city living bu...

@goi139Did you have The Sims 4 CAS demo installed? Having it installed will cause EA app to download the pack in the CAS demo's folder rather than the sims 4 game folder.

@goi139 Please create the EA App error report and post the ID for that report in this thread so your issue can be escalated.
