how to switch from cooking career brach to mixologist branch

i entered the chef career and i don't know how to go to the mixologist career to do my aspirations because there isn't a button that says switch career branch or something like that and I play on a mac if that is a problem some how.

    there is no such option. You're stuck with the branch you have chosen.

    There might be a mod out there that allows you to though
