Whenever i click play, an error sign would come out showing that it is unable to connect to ea servers using my account from this computer. I have tried all the way already like clearing cache and many other. However, i still can't play the game. is it my computer or is it because of the game? Can somebody please HELPPPPP!!! I JUST BOUGHT THE GAME AND I CAN'T PLAY IT:'(((
@gracee122 If you open Origin - my games , do you see the game icon? What antivirus are you using? Is your computer a pc or mac?
@gracee122 Please tag the person you want to respond - @ followed by the user. Did you restart the computer? What is the version of Windows? Does the game appear in Origin - my games?
@gracee122 When you open Origin do you see the TS4 icon in my games?
@gracee122 OK let's try this - open Origin - right click on the TS4 icon - click repair game.
