I bought a sims 4 expansion pack of steam, but it only shows up on sims 4 steam
I bought a Sims 4 pack on Steam rather then EA, but it only shows up on the Steam version of the Sims instead of the normal version.

@Rosa10 This is normal: content bought in Steam only works in a Steam install, not if you've installed the game through the EA App. If you don't want to use Steam, get a refund for that pack and buy it through the EA App.
If you do want to keep this pack, you'll need to uninstall Sims 4 and reinstall it through Steam, download this new pack, and then download your EA App-owned packs into the Steam install.
