I'm sorry but I'm not able to help anyone if you're not willing to at least try without any mods installed to see if it still happens.
For those having issues without mods/cc, it's best to create your own thread, giving as much info + specs to what is happening in your game. There's a lot of, I have the same issue in here but sometimes they are a bit different.
