@Alpha_Moon_98 Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and move the Tray folder to the desktop. This will remove (temporarily) all your existing saved households and builds, and the game will create a new, empty Tray folder the next time you launch it. Please try saving something to the in-game library and let me know whether it works.
The files inside Tray can be moved around and swapped between folders without any negative consequences; you're not harming them by moving them elsewhere. You can put them back later, but please test first. If the Tray folder copies rather than moving, or you get an error when trying to move it, please let me know.

@Alpha_Moon_98 What antivirus do you use? Is OneDrive running on your computer (whether you actually use it or not), and if so, how full is it?

@Alpha_Moon_98 How full is OneDrive?
For your antivirus, have you set exceptions for TS4_x64.exe and EADesktop.exe, and if not, does that help?
