I have lost my control panel in game

Hello, 

I've lost my control panel in the game - even the top right hand corner buttons I cannot click on.

I have tried everything, uninstalling/reinstalling, pressed the tab button multiple times, but I cannot get my control panel up (the one with all the furniture etc) 

The game worked fine last week, then I updated it today and now this
