I have windows 7 and I can't download CC for my sims 4 game. Any help?

I've looked up multiple ways to download CC and nothing seems to work. I don't know if it's something to do with Origin... But I can't even find the Sims 4 in the location where it's supposed to be. ...

I have Win 7 also and you must know that you should have two TS4 folders in your computer. One is in the Program Files(x86) folder and this must not be touched. The second folder should be in Documents.

Open the Start menu choose Documents then Electronic Arts and inside this should be a TS4 folder - inside this there MUST BE mods folder. If there in Documents isn't TS4 folder, then I have a question - are you using OneDrive?

i open  up documents and it says the folder is empty yet ive done exactly what you guys have said

    If you still need help with finding the Sims 4 folder I could help you! I'm only stuck on the downloading part- but everything else I got haha
