I need help

Sims 4 won't open and before it wouldn't let me play it because  I couldn't remember the password. I tried to get a new password but it won't pick up any emails from origin.  I've tried everything. :womansad: I tried re-downloading it but I have lost my product key :womansad:  I got it from Asda a couple months ago so it's not an online copy.

Please help! I don't know what to do.:womansad:
