I purchased Sims 4 cats and dogs but it is not showing up on 'My Game library'.

 After I purchased the game, I went onto my email and followed the instructions that it gave me. I've tried to log out then back in, uninstalling then reinstalling and nothing seems to work. It has been more than an hour and it still has not shown up.

    do you own the base game ? The packs usually show up under Extra Content on the base game and not as extra download.

    I purchased the game as a bundle which included the base of the game and the cats and dogs.

    In some situations, the older version of Origin installed from the disc may not update correctly. It should be uninstalled with the program add / remove programs and download again
    After the Origin installation, click its icon on the right mouse button and select the Run as Administrator option. If this game is not found in the Origin library, you must contact EA's adviser.

    However, the same issue with this bundle were already reported on Polish EA Help by two another players what is a little worrying

    Could you let us know which payment method you chose, @Gracie_Elliott?

    Please, keep in mind, depending on the payment method used, the processing of the purchase can take a bit longer. This might be the reason it's still not showing up 😉

  • I bought cats and dogs a while ago and it still doesn't pop up in my game library. I have not installed the Sims 4 game yet be cause I am waiting for a new laptop. I can look in my account, and Sims 4 is there but no cats and dogs.

    Did you check it in the expansion packs tab?
    Right-click on TS4 in Origin Library - the option "show game details" and you will see tabs: among others - expansion packs tab.

  • I did try that, it says the price. It doesn't say I own it. I really don't want to buy it again. Thx for the suggestion, more help is needed.

    Did you receive a confirmation email that says you have purchased it as well as confirmation through your account that purchase is completed?
    If not maybe this transaction has been suspended for some reason and has not been finalized.
